I'm still not used to the fact that some of you are real.
I was at a bonfire tonight, and I was just like spaced out, sitting on a log, looking at the light from the fire reflecting off the rain falling from the sky, and I started thinking about Tumblr and how I wished some of you guys were there, and thought about what you were doing, and I just had a moment where the fact that you guys are like, actual people kind of freaked me out.
I think it was mostly Matt. Like the fact that Matt is a real person and has a life and when I talk to him and connect with him and tell him jokes, it’s like… a real person, listening to my jokes and hearing what I have to say and taking in and thinking about everything I type even though he isn’t here to like discuss it with me, and I’m actually going to go see a real person and spend time with a real person in like less than 10 months. He won’t just be inside the computer anymore.
But it isn’t just Matt. It’s all of you. Like everyone reading this. How many people are reading this. You’re all real people. omg. Freaking me out.
